Business Events Package

Have you got a grand opening or a company outing coming up? Maybe you are responsible for your company’s participation in a conference. Even if your event will be covered by the media, print media publishers depend on freelance photographers and you will want photos for your website, colleagues, customers, and shareholders. I have been covering events for a few years now and I understand you need to capture speakers, honorees, products, venue references, sponsor signage, and more. I work in the background to capture the emotion and action without interfering while you, your co-workers, friends, and guests enjoy the event. I have photographs from a wide range of events in my Easter Seals gallery and the Special Olympics gallery.

The Business Event package may be just what you need.

Up to 3 hours of photography at a single location or venue
Up to 8 images of speakers, honorees, and performers
If provided at the event, speaker and honoree image files include their name, organization, sponsoring organization, an event descriptor, and the venue name metadata tags for web searches (good for SEO)
Up to 6 images of product displays and prizes
Option, choose either:
- About 30 to 50 candid images of the emotion, fun, and activities or
- “Step and Repeat” images of couples/groups in front of an organization banner or similar signage and about 10 to 20 candid images of the emotion, fun, and activities
All photographs include the organization, an event descriptor, and the venue name metadata tags for web searches (good for SEO)
Inclusion of available sponsor signage in images when it does not negatively affect the candid nature of the shot
Private online proof and download gallery
Image files prepared in high resolution print-ready JPEG and small web-ready JPEG
License for print and marketing/advertising use
