Most individual sessions average 20 to 45 minutes. Some of my clients want to make their head shot quickly and get on with their day and I have done them in less than 10 minutes.
Individual head shots include:
- Up to an hour of time
- Up to three wardrobe, background, or lighting changes for a variety of looks
- In-session image review
- Final images edited to optimize exposure and color balance and remove blemishes
- Final image files prepared in a high resolution print-ready JPEG and a low-resolution web-ready JPEG available for download from my online gallery
- License for print and marketing/advertising use

Staff and Team Portraits
How about a team photo to go along with head shots of the team members?

Do you need multiple photos of team members for branding materials, customer presentations, etc.? I can do that!
I can make the photos at your location, a company event. or my small in-home studio. I prefer going to your location, which offers options to show off your company environment. If someone misses the photo day we can schedule an independent session for their head shot at my in-home studio. If we use my studio, team members can come in, spend a few minutes having their photo made and then head out to work again. I have a bathroom available for wardrobe changes next to the studio.
I can schedule remote team members independently and make the photos at my in-home studio with a consistent look. Have team members contact me by phone or email and mention your company arrangements and I will put it together for you.

If you want a little more time, I recommend setting up a session just for yourself. If you want to go that route you will have some extra time to get comfortable with being in front of the camera and even do multiple photos with wardrobe and background changes. I have allowed for that in my pricing scheme. Contact me and I will schedule something just for you.

* My small home studio does not comfortably handle more than ten people at a time so larger numbers will involve scheduled times for sub-groups.
These prices include one retouched photo for each person and team in JPEG format in a high resolution file for prints and a low resolution file for social media and websites. If you want multiple poses for a person or team, I increase the price by $50 per retouched photo. If you are part of a team where each person needs to pay individually, I can divide the total amount evenly among the team members.
I don’t want to deal with sales taxes so I have outsourced printing services to one of the best photo printing companies in the country and you can order from them through my website. Alternatively, the license I provide in my contract allows you to take the files to a photo printing company of your choice.
